Love to doodle!!

最近は自分のショップのために、
サンプルを描いたり、今後どのようなものを商品化していくのかを考える毎日。

I've been doodling and thinking what kind of products would be popular
among brides-to-be.

日本のマンガはとっても人気だけど、私のスタイルではないし、
ただただ緻密に上手に表現するのも、絵がうまい人なら誰でも出来る…。
I could draw something like MANGA but it's not really what I love,
I could draw very realistically but anyone who is good at drawing can do it too.

自分だけのスタイルというと大げさかもしれないけれど、
自分だから描けるおしゃれで可愛くて繊細で色使いが素敵なものをと思っています。
I have to have my own style but more importantly I want to draw
beautifully, colorfully and fashionably with LOVE.

Maybe I can say what I wanna draw is "fashion illustrations".
ファッションイラストレーションと呼ぶのがふさわしいかもしれません。
ファッションデザイナーが描くような素敵でおしゃれな女の子たち。
マンガのタッチとはまた違って、リアルなようでリアルじゃない、
部屋に飾りたくなるようなおしゃれな絵。

Fashion illustration is not about absolute resemblance,
it's more about the chic and fashion look itself.
顔かたちが似ていることは二の次で、もっと“お洒落さ”にフォーカスした
ものなのかもしれません。

とにかく今は描くのを楽しみながら、方向性を決めていこうと思います！
